Return Policy for Pookie’s Purses and Abaroni Jewelry
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 3 days of delivery. You must notify customer service via email of your intent to exchange or return an item. We will allow time for re-shipping.
You may exchange the product or request a store credit. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. You will be responsible for the return shipping.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes (if it is jewelry, to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept an exchange of any item with any indication that it has been used
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.
